Organizer Notes:
This is part of our 11 Week Instructional Program. Week 5 General Plan - Week 5 — Stickhandling & Puck Control • Refresher from Week 4 /Questions • Skating warm up - Forward, backwards, stopping • Stationary stickhandling - narrow wide, LH and RH, toe drag • Stickhandling while moving - narrow wide, LH and RH, toe drag • Basic 1/2 Cone drill incorporating stickhandling through an obstacle ending in a shot on net • Full ice cone drill incorporating stickhandling through an obstacle ending in a shot on net • Last 10 minutes Scrimmage or Small Area game - Coach Ryan Frost is is the head coach and Mike Bianchette is the goalie coach who will work with the goalies during player drills.. We expect everyone to participate with the Hockey Finder FUN-FRIENDLY-SOCIAL culture in mind. Please listen and respect the coaches, support your fellow participants and have a great time.
