5-on-5 Positioning + Special Teams with Coach Andy MacDonald 75 minutes — Full gear and sticks required This clinic is built around learning how to play smarter hockey through proper positioning and structure. The primary focus is 5-on-5 play — understanding spacing, support, defensive responsibility, and how to move within the flow of the game. Players will also spend time learning best practices and positioning principles for both the penalty kill and power play. Coach Andy MacDonald will break down concepts that adult players rarely get formal instruction on, helping you recognize where to be and why — so every shift is more controlled and effective. Andy is the Head JV Coach, Assistant Varsity Coach, and Director of Sports Performance for the Chanhassen Storm boys’ program, with a strong background in exercise science and athlete development.
